OUR STORY

RA Fabricating and Design was established in 2011 by our owner and founder, Roger Goras. Back in 2011, as a seasoned professional with over 30 years of fabrication experience and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology, he recognized a gap in the market for high-quality, customized fabrication solutions.

The company began as a true family endeavor in a small garage, eventually expanding into a newly built pole barn. Growing larger each year, the pool barn was eventually expanded. Today, after continued growth and gaining the trust of our customers, RA Fab operates out of a combined 25,000 square feet workshop space. While our business has grown, our core remains the same.

Built on Family Values

At RA Fabricating and Design, family isn't just a part of our history—it’s the cornerstone of our daily operations. Our leadership team reflects this commitment:

  • Rose Goras | Business & Accounting Consultant - Rose was instrumental in the company’s inception. Today, she provides vital consulting and mentorship, working closely with Amanda to ensure our financial operations and core values transition seamlessly into the next generation.

  • Alex Goras | Fabrication Supervisor - Roger’s son, Alex, ensures technical excellence on the shop floor. By collaborating directly with our welding supervisors and Roger, he maintains the rigorous quality standards and shop-floor synergy that define our production.

  • Amanda Harrington | Business Coordinator - As Roger’s daughter, Amanda manages the critical infrastructure of the firm—from HR and accounting to marketing and professional outreach—streamlining the daily processes that keep our business moving forward.

  • Savannah Almaraz | Operations & Office Assistant- As a key member of the Goras family, Savannah works side-by-side with Roger on essential operational tasks. She manages the flow of quotes, shippers, and more, ensuring every project is organized from the first bid to final delivery.

  • Bryan Wood | Welding Supervisor - While not family by blood, Bryan has been a cornerstone of RA Fabricating and Design for years. His dedication and expertise have made him an essential part of our leadership and a permanent member of the RA Fab family.

Throughout the years, our immediate and extended family, as well as close friends, have shaped RA Fabricating and Design—from manual material cutting and deliveries in the early days to the specialized team we have now. But to us, "family" isn't just a last name. Whether you are a blood relative, a dedicated team member who has been with us for years, or a client we are working with for the first time, every hand that touches this business is treated as a part of the RA Fab family.

Our Promise to You

We extend this "family-first" philosophy to our employees and our customers. To us, you aren't just a contract; you are a partner. We prioritize collaborative relationships, ensuring that every project—no matter the scale—receives the same care and attention we would give to a project for our own home.

We remain committed to:

  • Exceptional Quality: Technical expertise backed by decades of experience.

  • Reliability: Strict adherence to on-time delivery schedules.

  • Integrity: Transparent, fair pricing with no surprises.

With a focus on excellence and a heart for service, RA Fabricating and Design provides reliable fabrication solutions for diverse industries.
